Question 1

What is a VEXA emergency NFC profile?

Accepted Answer

A VEXA emergency profile stores a rider's medical information, allergies, medications, emergency contacts and motorcycle details. It is accessed by tapping a VEXA NFC card, key tag or bike decal with a phone, so first responders can see the critical information instantly if a rider can't speak for themselves.

Question 2

How do first responders access my information?

Accepted Answer

Anyone can tap a VEXA NFC product on any modern smartphone, or enter the printed emergency lookup ID at vexamoto.com/lookup. The profile opens instantly in the browser — no app required — showing only the information the rider has chosen to make visible.

Question 3

Is my personal information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Public access is gated behind a genuine VEXA product check, an active membership and the rider's explicit consent. Sensitive fields like your home address are hidden by default, and you control exactly which details appear on your emergency profile.

Question 4

Do I need a subscription?

Accepted Answer

A VEXA Rider Protected membership keeps your emergency profile live and publicly accessible. Membership is available monthly, as a 12-month plan, or as a one-time lifetime membership.

Question 5

What products does VEXA offer?

Accepted Answer

VEXA offers NFC emergency cards, NFC key tags and bike decals that link to your emergency profile, plus an engraved ID pendant. All are available from the VEXA store.

Question 6

What does ICE mean for motorbike riders?

Accepted Answer

ICE stands for In Case of Emergency. For motorbike riders, a VEXA ICE profile stores medical details, allergies, medications and next of kin so that first responders can access life-saving information instantly if a rider is unable to speak for themselves.

Question 7

How does VEXA fit into a motorbike safety system?

Accepted Answer

VEXA is a complete motorbike safety system: a durable NFC card, key tag or bike decal links to a rider's emergency profile, backed by stolen bike alerts, an accident report vault and an active rider community of rideouts. Together they give riders protection on the road and after an incident.
