VEXA provides a platform for storing and displaying emergency information.
You acknowledge that:
- Information displayed is supplied by the user.
- VEXA cannot guarantee emergency services will access or rely upon the information.
- VEXA does not provide medical advice.
- Users remain responsible for ensuring information is accurate.
5.Products and Services
VEXA products may include:
- VEXA Cards
- VEXA Keys
- VEXA Pendants (sold separately)
- Membership Services
- Digital Rider Profiles
We reserve the right to modify products and services at any time.
6.Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
7.Intellectual Property
All VEXA branding, content, logos, software and materials remain the property of VEXA MOTO LTD.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEXA shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential losses
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Injury resulting from inaccurate user-supplied information
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
