VEXA wasn't created in a boardroom. It was created because we ride.

VEXA™ started with a simple question:

If a motorcyclist was involved in a serious accident and couldn't speak for themselves, how quickly could someone find out who they are, who needs to be contacted, and the important information the rider wants emergency responders to know?

As motorcyclists ourselves, that question felt important, especially since our owner, Chris, has been involved in an accident that completely destroyed his motorbike due to a taxi driver not paying attention and pulling out of a side street directly into his path.

When we ride, we carry our driving licence, phone, keys and all kinds of technology, but following a serious accident, the information that could help identify us, contact our family or understand important medical information may not be immediately accessible.

We wanted to create something practical for the real world.

Something that could live on your bike keys, in your wallet, on your helmet or eventually on your wrist.

VEXA isn't some 3D printed piece of plastic with a sticker inside, it is much more technically advanced than that. It has been designed from the ground up by someone with actual coding skill and a background in QA.

Something that didn't require somebody to download a special app.

And something designed specifically around motorcyclists.

That idea became VEXA.

More than an emergency ID.

VEXA is a motorcycle rider protection platform designed to make rider-selected emergency information quickly accessible when it matters most.

Using your unique Emergency Rider ID, QR technology and VEXA Scannable Technology™, a compatible smartphone can access your Emergency Rider Profile with a simple tap or scan.

Depending on the information you choose to provide, your profile can contain details such as:

• Emergency contacts
• Medical conditions
• Allergies
• Medications
• Blood type
• Motorcycle information
• Other important emergency information

There is no VEXA app that a person needs to install before they can scan you.

Your VEXA products provide different physical ways of reaching the same rider protection platform.

Your VEXA Card can travel in your wallet.

Your VEXA Key can stay with your motorcycle keys.

Your VEXA Helmet Stickers can provide a visible emergency access point directly on your helmet.

Your VEXA Pendant can provide another wearable point of access.

Why does VEXA have a subscription?

We think riders deserve a clear answer to this.

The VEXA subscription isn't simply a charge for an NFC chip, QR code, card or sticker.

The physical product is only one part of VEXA.

Behind every VEXA product is an active digital platform that has to operate reliably, securely and continuously.

Your subscription helps us meet the ongoing costs involved in running VEXA, including the infrastructure and services that keep the platform operating, maintaining and improving our systems, supporting appropriate security and data-protection measures, and continuing to develop new rider protection features.

It also allows VEXA to continue investing in the platform rather than selling you a product once and standing still.

You're not subscribing to a sticker.

You're subscribing to the VEXA rider protection platform behind it.

And importantly, the subscription is for you as the rider, not for every individual VEXA product you own.

Where compatible products are linked to your VEXA account, you don't need to purchase another subscription simply because you want another way for your profile to be accessed.

VEXA isn't intended to stop developing once you've created your Emergency Rider Profile.

The platform also includes tools such as the VEXA Accident Vault, designed to help riders record important information following an incident.

At the roadside, riders can securely record details including photographs, witness information, third-party details and personal notes, helping preserve information that may later be useful when dealing with insurers, solicitors or other relevant parties.

As VEXA develops, we want to continue building practical features around the situations motorcyclists actually encounter.
