Does the rider need a special app?
No. Responders simply tap the VEXA Card with any modern smartphone and the emergency profile opens in the browser. There is nothing to install and no account required to view the profile.
What information is shown on the emergency profile?
Only the details you choose: typically your name, blood type, allergies, medical conditions, current medications, emergency contacts and bike details. Sensitive fields like your address are hidden by default and can be toggled on only if you want them shown.
Is the VEXA ICE system a replacement for emergency services?
No. VEXA helps communicate your information faster when you can't speak for yourself. It does not replace the emergency services, professional medical care or your insurer's reporting process.
