It is accessed by tapping a VEXA NFC card, key tag or bike decal with a phone, so first responders can see the critical information instantly if a rider can't speak for themselves.

How do first responders access my information?

Anyone can tap a VEXA NFC product on any modern smartphone, or enter the printed emergency lookup ID at vexamoto.com/lookup. The profile opens instantly in the browser — no app required — showing only the information the rider has chosen to make visible.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Public access is gated behind a genuine VEXA product check, an active membership and the rider's explicit consent. Sensitive fields like your home address are hidden by default, and you control exactly which details appear on your emergency profile.

Do I need a subscription?

A VEXA Rider Protected membership keeps your emergency profile live and publicly accessible. Membership is available monthly, as a 12-month plan, or as a one-time lifetime membership.

What products does VEXA offer?

VEXA offers NFC emergency cards, NFC key tags and bike decals that link to your emergency profile, plus an engraved ID pendant. All are available from the VEXA store.
